Updating again go figure.
I guess it’s been a while and I should up date this journal. A lot and not much has happened since I last updated. The house is till on the market, no nibbles the real estate agent says it’s a soft market and nothing is moving in one breath then saying she just closed on 8 houses in the next, go figure. Just another month
Well I guess its update time. The house has been on the market for 4 weeks now and nothing from the realtor yet about any nibbles or interest in the place. I really hope we can sell this place before August because school starts the 22 and I want to be moved in and settled in before all the turmoil or school starts up again.
