In a large hazelnut coffee from Panera in their new, rust-colored to-go cups, cardboard now, not styrofoam, which means they now put out cup sleeves made from recycled paper. I have found that I am told, "you make me sound like the biggest bitch on the planet" whenever I try to assert myself and say that I have been hurt by someone. I can think of two recent examples.
