Let it never be said that Stacy was not benevolent toward her crew. Truth was, she loved them, to the point of risking her own life. And thus, she'd been busy for quite some time... silently she had worked, trying to get into her own archives and cross-checking references. She was going to help boost morale and give them a gift - show them people

He adjusted his white hat with the little scar in the brim. There was time to find someone. Hopefully whoever he was important to was here.

There was a small part of him that kind of sort of hoped it'd be Lily Shirogane. If you're gonna dream, dream big, right?
Nothing could have prepared him, though, for who he saw standing among the crowd - even with that suit gone, it was impossible to miss that hat.
"...B-boss..."

And said five words that would forever drive itself into Shoutarou's mind: "Your hat. It looks good."

Yeah, he's gonna stand there and try not to break down then and there. His jaw works, trying to find something to say, and...
He can't find the words.

The leader of the Griel Mercenaries had no doubt that if he had been awoken to meet someone that thought he was important, it had to be a member of his band. It was simply a question of who...

He very nearly dropped the book he was carrying.
"...Ike?"
It was Ike. He'd know that wild mess of blue hair anywhere (it helped that he was also massively taller than like everyone else). Soren rushed toward him, squeezing through a series of people much more solidly built than he, not caring about the complaints and exclamations of surprise as he shoved his way past.
"Ike!"

Oh well look who it was..
"Soren!" he called back, still feeling pretty strange without his weapon in his hands. They moved around his hips as his brain tried to figure out what he should do with them.
"It's good to see you, old friend."

"You... Tellius..." Soren began, then stopped. "We're on a ship," he said finally.

"That's it? What the hell is going on here?"

He didn't see him. He could feel him. And smell him. Jared was here. He pushed through the crowd most impolitely and made a beeline for his brother.
But before Jared could even see him coming, Sam was on him, his arms wound tight around him. "Jared!" He was so happy to see him he really couldn't keep his voice from cracking. Lousy 17 year old body.
He wasn't alone anymore! It didn't matter that it was only for a day. Jared was here.

So, if what that Stacy person was saying was true, he'd been awakened for Sam's benefit... Well, it could be worse. "You're acting like you haven't seen me in ages."

He was sure his eyes were a bit bloodshot from trying not to cry from happiness. He tried to swallow down the accompanying lump in his throat.

Still, she tried to raise her voice, in the hopes that someone might hear her...
"Seamus? Rose? Mike?" Her lips twisted a moment. "Allen?"
The girl's shoulders slumped a little, and she scooted over to a corner. Storm had no idea who would need her here so much...

"How was I not on that list, Stormy?!"
That's not quite a diving hug, but it's pretty damn close.

Well, now you have her clinging like a limpet in return, Morgan, and burying her head in your chest.
"There are so many people here!"
Reply
"There's... a lot to explain, Stormy. It might be better if you just grabbed it all directly? I don't even know if I can do it justice..."

"How've I been doing?" Daniel repeated dumbly, blinking. Just like they'd met on a grocery store instead after a few years. And not, you know, as if Jack had just woken up, ass naked and covered in slime. Actually, he sounded more offended, he thought. Daniel reminded himself who he was dealing with. First of all, there wasn't any arguing Jack wasn't something different, and that included one of the weirdest sense of humors, combined with the worst sense of timing he'd ever seen... not to being able to react to situations in a way that most sane people didn't.
Although the pissed off confusion seemed appropriate enough.
Daniel glanced briefly at the people around them. "Oh, I'm good. Missing for several weeks, but good. How about you?" he replied just as casually. He cocked his head slightly. "Don't you have an idea what's going on? No one filled you in yet?"
