Let it never be said that Stacy was not benevolent toward her crew. Truth was, she loved them, to the point of risking her own life. And thus, she'd been busy for quite some time... silently she had worked, trying to get into her own archives and cross-checking references. She was going to help boost morale and give them a gift - show them people

Dressed in basically that plantsuit, he cupped his mouth and yelled at the top of his lungs to get over the crowd.
"AQUA! VEN! WHERE ARE YOU?!"
Reply
"Terra," she realized, turning and running.
"Terra!"

"You... you look great," he said finally. "What happened? What happened with Xehanort? I remember us getting separated when he attacked..."

"I'm sorry," she said, pulling away to wipe her eyes.

But however... real... or not this situation proved to be, the best thing to do would be to get on with it. (At least now she was clean.)
There were a number of people here besides her. Most seemed bewildered, but that was about the only thing that was shared. Kati strode around, eyes flicking back and forth and wondering who it was she was supposed to be 'important' to.

No. Too much to hope for. But it was still with a sort of tight, nervous anticipation that she scanned the crowd, looking for familiar faces.

But she halted, her eyes narrowing as she saw a mane of chestnut hair from the back. The outline of the plantsuit wasn't so familiar, but try to put an AEU uniform over it, a hat... ridiculous. It had just been on Kati's mind recently, with the efforts against Celestial Being.
Then the woman's head turned, and a look of shock flashed across Kati's face before she could stop it. So it's her I'm here for? But... It had been years, she had vanished; the only contact they'd had since then was the message that Kati herself had sent.
...If that was what it was, then it was what it was. Kati strode forward, bubbling uncertainty and confusion hidden behind her stern features. "Kujo."

She did, however, manage to dredge up a faint, brittle smile. "Kati."

He could quickly come to terms with his arrival on...whatever this ship was, and in truth it was a bit intriguing. But if he were here, then what had become of Kirie? Or his sibling, for that matter.
Mafuyu unconsciously brushed his fingertips over the black choker around his throat, eyes scanning over the heads and shoulders of the variety of people assembled. If he were here, there had to be some purpose to it. He just needed to find out what it was.

Miku stopped short, though, idling by a meaty couch on the observation deck, watching a young man move around the crowds excitedly meeting each other. He'd always been like that. Like her. Miku's chest suddenly felt odd and tight, and also full.
She ran across the observation deck and into Mafuyu her voice raised uncharacteristically.. "Nii-san!"

"Miku?" he questioned, as if he were unsure of it, himself. "Miku," he repeated, a small, pleased smile spreading on his face. He wasn't quite sure what it was he was supposed to say; he'd been completely prepared to never see his sibling again...and yet.
Mafuyu took his moment of stunned silence to pull his sister into a hug. Some things didn't really need words.

Miku held on to her brother and sobbed. They were ugly and choking, but she didn't care. "Y-y-y-you. I-ha-It's re-re-really..." She felt all of seventeen again, lying outside the Mansion and watching the released spirits of the Himuro victims rising to heaven. Miku buried her face back into Mafuyu's chest and continued crying.

But that confusion didn't last long, and was soon replaced with panic; it was a trick! It had to be! The last thing she remembered was Discord's psychotic laughter after he declared the game a loss. This had to be his doing!
"Discord!" She called out, pawing the ground angrily with her hoof. "I know you're here somewhere! Show yourself and tell me what you've done!"

Twilight was near as family. Close enough. The pony made her way to her dear friend, bobbing and weaving her way through much taller humans and humanoids.
"You sure that pod goo hasn't been messin' with your head, Twilight? There's nopony called Discord here---but I'm awful glad to see ya," she tacked on the end, brightening a little.
Reply
"TWILIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT!!" Sorry, Twilight, no embodiments of nonsense here. Have the closest approximation in pony form instead. "Twilight! Twilight! Twilight! Ohmygosh you're HERE! This is great! Isn't this great? I think it's great!!"

"Applejack! Pinkie Pie! You girls are okay!" The relief in her voice is quite obvious. She had been so worried when they were acting so unlike themselves, and so scared when she realized they had lost and there was no chance of recovering the Elements and her friends were probably stuck like that forever and--
Wait. Hold up.
"What are you talking about, Applejack?" She asked. "Don't tell me Discord is messing with your memory too!"

Personal effects restored to him, he followed the voice's instructions and entered a large, open room filled with people - and a variety of creatures he'd never seen before, and a few he couldn't begin to describe. The novelty of it all was enough to make him stop and stare for a moment before he regained his composure, and then he fell to scanning the room more carefully, looking for familiar faces - in particular, those of his wife or daughter.

No way.
No freakin' way.
It was him - her father! Daddy!
Her face lit up and she squealed happily while weaving her way through the crowd. She was running as fast as she could, tears of relief pricking at the corners of her eyes.
"Father!" she ecstatically replied and gave her old man a hug. "You're really here! I've missed you so much!" she said before the tears worked their way down her cheeks and smiled the best she could through her tears.

Dad totally recognizes your squeals, honey. That's what dads do.
"Hoshi!" He turned just in time for her to throw her arms around him and reciprocated in kind - partially out of habit, partially to steady himself and partly because he was simply relieved to see her and know that she was alive and all right in this strange place.
He smiled back down at her, but there was a tinge of paternal concern there. No father likes to see his daughter cry, after all, and she was acting as though she hadn't seen him in forever. "I'm here, all right," he assured her, reaching up to cup her cheek in one hand.
The words were unspoken, but there. Tell me what's wrong.

"I've been so worried, father. I-I'm sorry, I know I shouldn't cry because you're here now and things are gonna be okay and--" It didn't seem like she was going to stop unloading all of her concerns and worries that she had for months now, but she had to pause to take a breather. She shook her head and still was grinning up at him.
"I've been hanging in there."
I'm so happy you're safe. Everyone... We're gonna win this...
