While everyone has their own interpretation as to the way a character should be played, there are still key personality aspects that makes them who they are, that makes them recognizable. [All in all, things could be worse. It's not that Squalo is a natural optimist, far from it, but he keeps repeating that mantra in a vain attempt to maintain his sanity.
