Positivity
I've managed to write nearly 1600 words today, more than I've written in a day for months. I'm pretty sure that's a positive. I seem to have ground to a halt with the house clearing, but it's not going anywhere (more's the pity :)). I'm off to my counseling in a little while. Day really not sure
So, I cleared up enough to get the windows put in, the point of which is that I might not burgled. I've been burgled three times since last October, but this last time they didn't get anything and now I have windows that are far harder to break, or to jemmy open so I have hope that it won't happen again. Positive things day 3
Filled 4 bags of rubbish and took them to the tip. It was hard but I did it and I didn't sit around for hours thinking I s hold do it before I did it, which is a definite positive as any one who's been depressed will appreciate! -
Positive things Day 2
Took three bags of rubbish to the tip
Went out for lunch and haven't over analysed everything
Watched the Great British Bake Off
I want to say not much but that would defeat the point, I did these positive things! -
Positive things day 1.
OK, so I discount the positive. It's part of the reason that I'm depressed. The sort of thing I mean is that instead of 'I took two bags of rubbish to the tip today, yay me!' I say 'I only took two bags of rubbish to the tip, I'm pathetic.' So I've decided to try and cast things in a more positive light and record positive things about what I've ( Read more... ) -
