I am officially a fan of the MacBook wifi
matrushkaka, s_gundam and drove back from the CA Extreme from SF to LA yesterday, and we stopped by my parents' house to see my brother who is visiting from Arizona. Two years ago I was very impressed with the Belkin MIMO router that Z installed in my parents' place. Yesterday all three of us walked our laptops down the driveway to see what kind of range we could get. matrushkaka's 12" PowerBook dropped out at the same location that my PowerBook did last year, Gundam's Titanium powerbook went out at about half the distance, but my MacBook was able to ping our router all the way down by our neighbors' mailbox. I was very impressed with the wifi range of the new MacBook.
