old habits die hard
I know the facts so why do I still find myself kneeling in the bathroom? I stop myself and remind myself of what I already know. Doesn’t really help me. It’s so tempting. Graduating

I worked out yesterday outside since it was sooo amazing out! Spring is on it's way! 70 degrees.... there were students laying out on the residential quad, playing volleyball, sleeping, tanning. I need you to know
I did o.k. today. Slight binge-age after my night class ended but didn't purge. I find that I actually cannot purge. I've tried so many times and I can't. Instead, when I want to, I eat certain trigger foods. Like a small pre-packaged cup of mandarin oranges and a small pre-packaged cup of applesauce. today
I did well today. Yay me! I went to the gym and I stayed there for an hour, despite my right knee issues. The trick is I only did the treadmill for a half hour instead of the elliptical for an hour. After my half hour was up, I stretched and stretched and even gave myself a private pilates class. My stomach is still a big bubble but I know it will ( Read more... ) -
oh, how time flies
A lot has happened since my last entry. My ana was off and on. Some days I would eat, some days I wouldn't. Some days I would dance my heart out all day, some days I wouldn't even do a single sit up or even a mere ten minutes at the gym. I changed my major. I was a Dance major, English minor.
