I did well today. Yay me! I went to the gym and I stayed there for an hour, despite my right knee issues. The trick is I only did the treadmill for a half hour instead of the elliptical for an hour. After my half hour was up, I stretched and stretched and even gave myself a private pilates class. My stomach is still a big bubble but I know it will take time, a long time. I'm aware of the dedication and focus required of me and I am ready to work. I admit that I might give in a little over the next weeks and months but I'll hold myself back as much as I possibly can. I must remember my goals always! Here is what I ate today:

Brunch

1 c. of tea

1 c. of cinnamon toast crunch

3 bunches of grapes

1 spoonful of egg salad

1 c. of chocolate soy milk (sooo good, but sooo stupid of me, I know!!)

Dinner

sushi with friends

1 c. of miso soup

Snack

1 apple

Plus about 2 or 3 bottles of water throughout the day. My exercise was the gym this morning and walking around the campus. I'm pleased with today. Tomorrow is busy. Good. Too busy to eat, but never too busy to work out. heh heh. Ahh... bed-time for me!
