I think that in a physical sense, yes. But! But, the body has been without it so long it is possible that his body will reject it as some organs are rejected today in modern medicine. I do think, though that this begs the question "did they take out the whole brain or only half?" From what's SAID in canon it sounds like half the brain, making it more of a lobotomy on steroids. But, when they show it in the jar it's so clearly a whole brain. This makes a difference to me because I'm a believer in the fact that his body would adjust to life with half a brain and then be unsure how to cope with a whole brain and there'd be a whole 'nother mess of problems. (Can open...worms everywhere...)
If not can Glitch still access his Ambrose self through the help of a Viewer like Raw?
Yes, but it's very draining for the both of them so it's not like you can just pop by for tea.
How old is Ambrose? He will tell people he's 30 but it's thirty-eight. People have always thought he was younger than he ( ... )

wow. I'm...kinda twisted and mean to them...
DO WANT. Erm, if you don't mind. *files away, just in case she evers gets done with Topeka and the roadtrip and the thing with Adora and the Seekrrit Project and the DG/Ambrose no-Witch-AU silly thing and the overly-cliche Cain/Glitch parody and the peacock 'verse and...*

...it really depends on whatever I'm writing demands. Yeah, cop-out, I know. End of the day? No, I don't think it's possible. The tissue's no doubt deteriorated, and I'd say that any personal memories it may have held once were replaced by information on running the machine. And, well, the surgery's no piece of cake.
Unless I handwave all that, go "It's magic!" and decide that Glimbrose deserves to exist.
2. If not can Glitch still access his Ambrose self through the help of a Viewer like Raw?
See above re: the lack of viable memories. It may be able to help Glitch recall himself with more clarity but Ambrose is dead, long live not-quite-Ambrose.
3. How old is Ambrose?
Early 40s because I am a putz and go with actor age. I can see it handwaved down to mid-30s though.
4. Is Ambrose related to the royal family in some way?Again, depends on what I'm writing and how crazily I'm shipping him with any of them at the time. When he is I've written him as the queen's brother, cousin, and that one ( ... )

- He's bi, but then I sort of think everyone in the OZ is at least a little bit. This theory is based on absolutely nothing except wishful thinking.
- He steals pens and pencils, a drawer in his desk is full of them.
- He loves caramel. Introducing him to a caramel apple will cause high-pitched squeaky noises of glee.
- He was in a Very Serious Relationship with a lady at some point during his advisorly tenure. Also there is at least one Ambrose Junior (or Juniorette) out there somewhere.
- He's NOT a ninja, but he does have martial arts training (hence Glitch-fu). As the war went on he became the last line of defense for the Queen.
- - JUST MADE THIS UP: and he totally took a bullet for her because he's awesome and I love hurting him.
And since we're getting into the realm of me making stuff up I'll stop for now *snort*

For my purposes, I say "yes," but it's delicate surgery with a long recovery time. Furthermore, it still leaves him prone to lapses of memory and moodiness. It also leaves him prone to seizures, for which he has to take daily medicine. He takes it pretty much in stride, remarking that if things had not happened exactly as they did, he would not be the fellow he is today, and he rather likes his lot in life.
Since the half a mind in his head was doing the work of a whole one while the other half languished, Glitch is definitely the dominant personality. Prim and regal Ambrose comes to the forefront on occasion, though the two personalities are better integrated than he lets on.
3. How old is Ambrose?
About 40. He remembers his birthday, but usually not which one, and really doesn't care.
4. Is Ambrose related to the royal family in some way? Not directly. He isn't even from Oz, but the neighboring country of Ev. However, he doesn't think too highly of his birth family, and is ( ... )

My first thought is to say no. It's just not possible after all this time without using magic as a deus ex machina.
2. If not can Glitch still access his Ambrose self through the help of a Viewer like Raw?
I suppose he could, but I would imagine that after a while his brain would deteriorate. His brain may come down with Alzheimer's. Okay, so that's probably more fanon than anything.
3. How old is Ambrose?
Mid-forty. I'd even put him as being a year or two older than Cain.
4. Is Ambrose related to the royal family in some way?
Er...no.
5. Was Ambrose born into high Society? Or did his intelligence get him there?
Born into the high society. He comes from a long line of geniuses.
6. Ambrose was an Advisor……of what?
I'd say nearly everything. Ambrose multi-tasked like no other. He tinkered around with inventions when he was bored and couldn't sleep because his mind was constantly thinking thinky thoughts.
7. What is your personal fanon for him, that is not covered by these questions? ( ... )
