I actually managed to get a half decent nghts sleep last night. Of course this wasn't helped by my hosemate Mark knocking on my door this morning asking to borrow my keys as he had managed to lock his in his room once again *sigh* but after I had dropped off again I slept right the way through till nearly 2pm. Well going to the hosptital didnt really help much yesterday. The MRI was clear so theres no physical blockage stopping my arm moving but they dont think surgery would make much difference to the ammount of movement I have. I have been told to go get 4 months phisio and if that dosn't do anything I've been told that it is just something I'll have ( Read more... )

Some guy from EDF electric came to the door, showed my house mate his id and walked into the house without being invited. It took a couple of hours to get there and there were a few narrow scrapes as the driver had to negotiate his way past a mini JCB in a tiny country lane.
