well today was quite a sucessfull shopping day. got 2 artist pose models for a few quid to help me in my drawing human body proportions. got a new pot of my undercoat for my eyeshadow as I'll be using lots if I working each day in boots. got 3 new tops to wear to work as I seem to have misplaced all my black tshirts somewhere in the house and havn' ( Read more... )

My mother is on her holidays at the moment so we went out to Kingswood to do some trawling through the charity shops. I got quite a good haul of stuff. 2X Louis Armstrong CDs, 4 Books, A new M&S top and 4 hair sticks :)

Today has been a very good day. I wear a certain kind of slipper. They are like golddust to get hold of. A real hunt. I found 1 shop in the area so my uncle droped me down there to pick them up. Right. I have ordered my new fluro facepaints to replace the ones that got stolen. Hopefully they will arrive iin the 7 ish days that the website promises rather than the new=arly 3 weeks it took them last time. Hopefully my full order will arrive this time not just some of it :( Grrrr

My mym came home yesterday. She had managed to find a lively blue teapot in a charity shop for £4 rather than the £15-£20 for a new one. It is soooo nice having a teapot again. It just dosn't taste the same made in a litre measuring jug. Given the amount of tea I get through a pot is deffinatly an essential :P

Went into Town today with my mum. Bought lots of stuff, not least of which was my new camera! I've been dithering about upgrading from my last one which I have had for nearly 10 years for quite a while and I have finally bitten the bullet. Today has been a busy day. Had a lie in at the beginning. Didn't get out of bed till 10 just lay around reading for a bit. My uncle came and picked up my mother and myself to take us over to my g'mothers for dinner. I had to get a shop in ASDAs as we have almost run out of a lot of food things. Went out down to the keynsham carboot sale yesterdy with my mum. Huge load of tat on sale there. Only things I bought were a couple of dvds of inocious shows so that my mum will have something to watch when there is nothing good on tv. My mum is off on holiday atm. She woke up this morning in a foul temper so we went round the local garden center to cheer her up a bit. We bought lots of plant food. Went into town today to meet my mum for lunch.
