Well going to the hosptital didnt really help much yesterday. The MRI was clear so theres no physical blockage stopping my arm moving but they dont think surgery would make much difference to the ammount of movement I have. Today I have spent hours on the phone trying to work out what the hell is going on with my hospital appointments. The last few weeks have been both very boring and incredibly stressfull. I have had both my apointments with the specialists about my knee and arm and they have said pretty much exactly what I thought they would. Phoned up the docs on mon to make an appointment about my knee. One again my doc has contrived to be on holiday for a couple of weeks. Grr, so I am having to see some random doc I dont know. I might ask for some stronger pain killers as the ibuprophen dont seem to be helping much at the moment :( I'm dosing up on 4-6 of them a day and its not ( Read more... )

Today has been kina stressy. My knee still hasnt gone down and althought I can still manage to bend it, it feels really tight and stiff and it gets worse if I have to spend more than 10 min stood up :/ At least it isnt getting worse. I am not feeling very good at the moment. My knee has started to swell up and is hurting if I try to straighten or bend it. (Sound familiar?) I really really hope that it goes back down and dosnt end up as bad as my arm. It is going to make life impossible if it does get bad. It hurts now if I go up or down stairs. I finally got my phisio appointemt today. I went down and the doc seemed quite surprised that my arm was no better. I have an appointment next tue at 2.30 to be poked, prodded and have my arm manipulated more but he dosn't seem to hold out much hope at the moment that it will do much good :( He's said I need to go for an MRI scan.
