FOA ROCKS!!! (foodwise) Today we made chilean and peruvian food. it was A LOT of food. the highlights of today's class was ceviche, trout tacos, and banana ice cream. making the ceviche was cool because we had a lot of seafood to work with and it was a complete group effort for it. our ceviche consisted of shrimp, octopus, scallops, and calamari.
