So, last night, after L had cut my hair and left, I rubbed coconut oil into it -- the stuff you buy in the supermarket, for making christmas chocolates with. I didn't rub it all the way into the scalp, just the lower half of my hair, and then I slept with an old, soft towel over my pillow. Luckily my anti-dandruff shampoo has only approved ingedients for a last-wash shampoo -- I washed my hair twice, to be sure that I got most of the silicones and mineral oils out.
