I learned 2 things today:

- It is a bad idea to squeeze a bag/box or small candy, such as Reese's pieces...especially when there is a clump waiting to explode inside.

- The chorus of the Van Halen song "Panama" is not "Cannonball" like I believed for so many years.

Wow. Productive day...

So, the move is done. Somehow, in 3 weeks my parents cleared out almost 2 decades worth of junk, and built a finished room in the basement. It's awesome, and mindboggling to think that physically, this should have been impossible with the way their health has been recently. Could only be love and God's help ( Read more... )

After much blood, sweat (and how), pain, and tears, I'm back home. Nothing's really set up due to my car deciding to die mid-move...that set us back a few hours. It's in the shop right now and I'm still waiting to hear what's wrong with it ( Read more... )

Heh, yeah, um Happy (belated) Easter to everyone! Preparations for my move are going okay, most of my 'extra' stuff from the last move is still in boxes :p At least this has made my parents clean out stuff they haven't touched in over a decade!

Never before has the barometer had an effect on how I feel physically. Yet this year during this lovely mix of warmth, cold, rain, snow, etc... I've been getting headaches almost every day, and now I'm sore all over. Bah!
