I've been super tired lately but I think it's just my struggling PMS issues. It's been so cold lately - it's currently 20 f and just impossible for me to focus. I don't even think I can finish this post. Not much to really say. I did a nice exercise in therapy and I have a few other parts that are just lurking and have been quite annoying lately. Having nice meaningful and curious conversations with another human being is rather, interesting. I like being able to communicate with someone who has a similar mindset to my own. It's weird to think my body knows things I don't know. I don't know if it was just the stress of a toxic relationship or just emotional and mental exhaustion turning into physical pain and stress - but I feel so much better now. I thought I had maybe gotten over the relative fact I'd never be a mother. My brain and body are just not equip for kids at this stage but the absolute turmoil I feel knowing I won't be a mom is exhausting. It drains everything from me and while growing up with anxiety and depression - it was the one hope I had and the one reason that made me stay ( Read more... )
