Spring, finally
It looks like the winter is over. It's much warmer and while it rained for the whole last week it is sunny today. I already started puttering with the flowers. I don't know if I'll try to raise some seedlings in pots this year - I'm a bit late and I don't have any special seeds. Maybe only pumpkins, I'll see how I'm with time ( Read more... ) -

Snow!
More snow :D! Since it's the weekend and I can stay home that's a good thing. They are predinting awful weather for next week, though. Rain for Christmas :(. -
Holiday Cards
I wrote some cards today, since I've bought new stamps. They are from the "other continents" batch, so they are not crazy early (though still pretty early, I think), but I don't want them to be late like last year and I prefer to write them slower, one by one, anyway. I got sent this Youtube link and now I'm a bit addicted (earworm ftw). I think I'll go to their concert... I liked the original song (Toto's Africa), but that one wasn't so addictive. I don't think it even has much to do with the music, it's just that they and it, the song itself, seems so unbelievably happy.

Weather today: rain. Again. Tomorrow: rain. Thursday: sunny, but rain in the afternoon. Then more rain on Friday. I'm thinking of trying to plant rice instead of lettuce ...
