in two days, i have been told by two separate people that i am overintellectualizing things that i actually feel really deeply about. 
painting and adventure.

he said he can't feel why i am making these paintings, they are intellectual, not personal.

i am afraid, i am afraid i am not living life. i am afraid i am retracting into myself, becoming a recluse. but this is what i wanted.

i don't really want to go out and see people. what i want is to: 
  + go running 3x a week
  + paint 3x a week
