Oooh I LOVE pesto just on some hot pasta and tossed with olive oil. Mmmm!!! And lamb is my absolute fave meat :)~

I love quick and tasty dishes! Lamb is my favourite too, easier to cook, and always tender and delish.

I might have to try that once I move out. I'm going to use pine nuts instead of macadamias - I looooove pine nuts! In fact, had a lovely risotto last night that made judicious use of them for which I was sore glad!

Mmmmm, pine nuts are some of my fave nuts too, especially lightly toasted in a pan. I would have used them, 'cept I only had the macs. They were tasty though.
