Yeah, better that something fixable was found. I think that kind of thing is pretty routine, but it sure does sound scary. Maybe they can do it over the summer so you aren't out from work too long.

yeah, that's my plan...I'll have to lose some weight before they'll do an invasive procedure anyway, so it'll prolly be summer before they can do it.

With my mom's foot problems I know all about scheduling surgery to fit the school year.

yeah, well it's been like this since July so I can handle a few more months. it is degenrative though, so I just hope it doesn't get worse any time soon.

HUGS. Sorry to her that Dave. Get all the info you can about this (i.e. prognosis, time frame you'll be out, ect.). Keep us posted as to what's going on.
