Another youtube argument with the same guy...you know, it's really tough to make a cohesive argument in less than 500 word posts.

I miss the pre Election '04 debates. I used to register for posting privileges in places like Bush04 and then just lay people out. I know it probably had little to no effect on any opinions in those communities, but, man, it felt good ( Read more... )

I wish people would make more sense sometimes. Or at least agree with me 100% of the time :) I guess I just don't see how lying to kids because it's about something so gosh-darn cute makes lying justified.

A friend sent me this yesterday. It says a lot about religious hypocrisy and our current national leadership. I have to say I'm not particularly churchy, but I absolutely agree with (avowed atheist) Bill Mahar when he said the world would be better off if everybody acted the way Christ told them to. I've also been hearing a little of this Ant and the Grasshopper analogy for why we shouldn't have compassion for New Orleans' poor.
