My husband recently discovered these super cheap ($0.50) boxes of dehydrated shelf stable hashbrowns. Essentially there are just potato without seasoning. You rehydrate and do them up how you like. He likes them simply as hashbrowns fried in butter. I, however, took one look at the leftovers and said, "LATKES"!!

This month I am sending to Noelle who lives so far upstate in New York she is practically in Canada!
