Following on from my last post, the salary negotiations I conducted with the company who offered me a job were very successful and I have now accepted their offer. I'm back, baby! Well actually I've been back about a week from my brief stay in the US. I had very positive feelings about the interview, which was very informal and chatty and felt more like a "getting to know you" session than a strict technical interview.
