What protein powder do you use and how much do you use that the points are zero?

Do you just take 1 day off from working out?

Here's another exercise question - do you consider walking to be exercise? I don't anymore, and it frustrates my husband because he says it IS exercise.. to me, it's like, sure I'll earn some APs, but it's not like I'm running or cycling or lifting weights.

I use the Biggest Loser protein powder. depending on the flavor, one scoop is 40-50 cals, about 1 gram of fat and i think 5-6 grams of fiber (plus 6 grams of protein).

i only take one day off from working out. on rare occasions, i'll take two.

i don't consider walking as exercise unless it's for a considerable amount of time and i break a sweat from it.
