went overboard with snacking last night. ugh. my first impulse this morning was to workout and earn as many APs as possible to make up for it, but i decided not to. i need to break that habit of over-exerting myself to compensate for overeating. i just did My Fitness Coach (knowing that i wouldn't earn a ton of APs) and will just force myself to eat well today. it seems i'm closer to my goal each week, but i still have some bad habits i need to work on.
also, i think i need to switch which day i take a break from working out. i think i'm gonna take Wednesdays off instead of Fridays. it's been proven time after time that i overeat by a few points on Friday and i never have any activity points to cover them. so i'll start doing my early-morning workout on Fridays, even though it'll kinda suck at first. i think in the long run it'll just work better that way.
