so right after i said i need to eat well yesterday, i completely de-railed and ate/drank everything in sight. i don't know what my deal was. of course i feel like crap today, but i need to move on. i got my whole day planned in terms of food, as well as my gym bag packed and ready to go. i gotta try and stay as focused as possible the rest of the week. that all said, i'm not looking forward to a gain this week, but man, i deserve it. i was such a pig. i haven't felt that way in a long time :\ i did go back and track everything this morning though. holding myself accountable makes me feel a little bit better.
