wow. just got back from the gym. i love going on Sunday mornings- there's hardly anyone there! anywho, i did my jogging intervals, and i'm almost to my next jogging goal... i warmed up with 2 minutes of walking and then jogged for 10 minutes. walked for 5 and instead of jogging for another 10 minutes, i jogged for 18! that's a new record for me! i
