Knowing Blaster, he just played the song because he found it was appropriate. As to encourage fatalities... Jazz and the Twins certainly would, but the 'Cons would be dumbfounded. Except perhaps the Cassettes.

Deep down they have to suspect the minibot is evil. They're just in denial.

Well, since Ironhide is scared of Ratchet, I'll go with Simmons/Ratchet as the scariest of the two.
