There I was, at home, sitting peacefully at my computer and doing customer support over the phone (as I so often do), when there was a loud crashing/rattling/...swishing...? noise from outside. After I got off the phone, I went to my front door to see if I could tell what it was.

- Hair: cut! First impression is that she did a really good job, though I'll be able to tell better once I've washed and dried it.
