I'm pretty proud of myself...I usually ride the bike for 30 minutes everyday, minus one day to take a break! ^.^ I've also been trying to eat less/healthier! I think that's working out okay, except I'll slip up once in awhile and eat a bit too much or too sugary. But I'm trying really hard! All righty...
I did 12 set of each excersize, plus 12 crunches, and 12 oppo-crunches. (New word, basically, it's where you lift your butt and work le lower muscles lol did it for P.T.) I plan on adding one onto everything each day....hopefully XD -

All right!! Today I worked from 11-7:30...YUCK
I did 1 set of 12 of each excersize and 10 crunches!
I hope to add more XD Maybe even walk a bit? But I do a lot of walking at school lol -

Strangly awake
Hm...I suppose anyone reading this will have to excuse any typo or error of any kind. Apparently, I cannot get to sleep (probably do to the lack of sleeping pills, which I am probably addicticed to, although they are 'non-habit forming') and it is frustrating!
