Apparently I have to write journal entries for my orientation class. Since it'll be a basic thing about me week-ish?, then I'll post it here! lol
Journal Entry Number One
My college experience, so far, has been quite pleasant. I enjoy most of my classes, especially history, except for math. Not because I don’t enjoy math, but because it is intermediate algebra and I’ve all ready taken and passed algebra in high school, although it was a long time ago, so this is a good refresher course. I really do enjoy math, and taking this easy class just makes me more excited to get to a harder one.
My goals for this week are to get to all of my classes and get on track with my homework. On Friday, I missed my first class, history of all classes!, because I slept through my alarm for an hour! I was irked because I knew it was because of my job, so I’m going to talk to my boss tomorrow! Also, last week, I procrastinated way too long on my readings and homework and ended up writing an essay a day before it was due and I’m still behind on my readings.
