12th night project

It looks like it will be a go -- I found six yards of white wool at Martin's House of Cloth on the remnant table, and I just looked in one of my drawers, and I have two pieces of dark charcoal grey wool, one of which is easily 4 yards. So I have plenty of white to make my undergown and bears with, and maybe, hopefully, if I cut carefully, enough ( Read more... )

Ah, if you're interested, I have the whole halcyon yarn store in a box, over here. They're the loveliest people up there in Bath.

That sounds so awesome. I wish I had a reason to sew such fun dresses.

Are you still skating? I haven't heard an update in awhile.

I haven't skated in a while; it just got too crazy in July and I was gone two weeks in August. I need to go back, though; I said I buy a new set of plates, which ought to help with my balance, and I really should pay for them and get them put on my boots.
