it was cold-ish this morning so I cracked out one of my nice pashminas that I haggled hard for in India... whoa, it smells like india (and india does not smell good) but its so soft and warm and delightful. Pashmina may be the greatest thing of all time, ever. -

help my lj friends
seeking recommendations for accom in Melbourne for when I pop down in May. We need (preferably) a 2 bedroom serviced/hotel apartment for 3 adults for 2 nights in or close to CBD. Any recommendations? Under $300/night (prefer under $250/night). Everything I find has a billion dud reviews on trip advisor! HALP! -

I just scored 2 x cases (12 bottles/case) of $250/case wine for $110 TOTAL inc delivery. I am delighted and looking forward to some serious quaffing ASAP. I think this calls for a WINE TASTING at my house, and by wine tasting I mean SRS DRINKING SESSION.
I got a flu shot today and my arm is bloody sore.
