Flatmate wanted
Hey Brisbane eljayers! My awesome friend (prof 27 yo lady) is looking for a flatmate to share here totally cute renovated workers cottage in Kelvin Grove. The house is totally furnished, so all you'll need is your bedroom furniture and you'll be the happiest new Kelvin Grove resident ever! The house is 3 bedrooms but you'd only be sharing with 1 person as it's pretty cosy. Super awesome bonus - the real estate are ok with a cat if you have a kitty or ever wanted to get a kitty. There is also a huge jungly back yard, and the most awesome claw foot bath you've ever seen. Rent is a measly $200 a week and you'll be living close to qut and an easy walk to the city/ the normanby/ red rooster/ whatever tickles your fancy. There is also an awesome Thai place near by that makes really delicious green curry chicken.
