I did better yesterday but I am tired today so it may not go so well today... -

new old toy...
My dad brought me my old treadmill I had lent him after his by-pass. He says he can't use it anymore due to his knees. So now it's sitting in my livingroom getting used. I spent 30mins on it last night. I even actually took it up to jogging speed for 5mins but walked the other 25mins. Since my stair stepper is still broken.. the treadmill will ( Read more... ) -
First day of June...lol
So I worked the 12 hour on Sunday and then the 4am-11:30am on Monday. I think the worst is sitting at a desk for last of those hours staring at a computer. Rainy Saturday..
Ah yes the grass needs mowing... chores need done...but it's rainey and I don't feel like doing much. I am halfway through the 4th Twilight book. I have been very dedicated to this series of books. I am not much of a reader so it is funny that I have taken the time to read so much lately. I think the movie helped suck me in, although the books ( Read more... ) -

So I have the weekend off...I spent part of the morning taking the boy shoe shopping and then dropped him off to his father. After that I went to hallmark and then to the mall to get a birthday present for mom. Eliptical
Well I am a bit sad this morning.... My eliptical broke! I currently have it apart in the bedroom but unless someone has a spare square stub shaft in their pocket I think I am just SOL. I might have to stick with walking in the afternoons until I have the extra cash to purchase a new one. Oh well such is life! -

I got up this morning with every intention of painting... But when the sun starts shining it's time to go outside to work. Anywho one of my jobs is to replace a few of the boards on the front deck that have begun to rot away and then repaint the deck. Ah yes the workout... I took a break from the eliptical for about a week. I still walked during break time at work and when I got home at night so I didn't quit completely. However with the cold yesterday and the light snow this morning I thought it best to get back on ole trusty for 30mins til the weather goes back to warm. My weight loss is ( Read more... )
