So I just spent the last hour and a half reading through summaries of ever single West Wing episode because, like I mentioned in the last post, it's been a little while since I last watched a lot of the show so I couldn't quite remember each episode. But see, episodes that I like least usually don't warrant much thought. I watch them, I decide I don't like them much, and I rarely watch them again (unless I'm introducing the show to a friend and thus am watching most episodes with her/him). And even after reading through all those summaries, I can't think of a particular episode that stood out to me as being my least favorite.
I mean, there were characters I liked less than others so I liked episodes that heavily featured those characters less than others. I wasn't a huge fan of the character Mandy, who thankfully is only in season 1, and so didn't particularly enjoy Mandy-heavy episodes. Although if I recall correctly, there weren't really that many (if any?) that featured her heavily. I didn't particularly like the relationship between Amy and Josh, so any episode that had them at each others' throats over policy issues or whatever was kind of meh to me.
There were episodes that deviated from the norm - like the episode in which CJ flies home to visit her sick father - that were okay in-and-of themselves but didn't quite seem to fit within the rest of the season.
But really, I'm going to have to go with none as my answer. I don't know. Maybe that's a cop-out, maybe it just shows that I need to re-watch the series (which I've been wanting to do for several months now, but haven't had the time), or maybe it's just a testament to why I think this show is so amazing.
