I'd like to hear how everyone keeps their perspective regarding doing a regular T-Tapp workout. What if you miss a day? 2? 5? More? Do you panic a bit

I think we might have some other peeps joining the T-Tapp Community soon. Just a heads up! Took the weekend off (except for OIP) and did my workout last night. I found the MORE pamphlet and was reading it, and I might go back to doing strictly the instuctionals. I feel like my form is slacking a bit on the MORE workout. If that makes sense....
Can someone please remind me to do OIP at night before I go to bed??? I could do it and then lay down so that gravity will help me kinda sorta... I seem to forget to fit that move in. Any ideas to jog my memory??
