Today since waking I have:

Done the MORE workout (OMG - why do my abs feel the workout when my butt and lats feel the instructional?)
Brushed
Taken 3 Alfalfa
Drank a ton of water
Stopped eating when I was no longer hungry (although it was a burger and it was a very slow stop... as in, 10 french fries later)
Got enough sleep (and then some)

Did I do any chores or errands? Well, I went grocery shopping again this morning but I don't know if that counts.

My next goal for today is to have a blender salad for breakfast, and to try SATI.
