Can someone please remind me to do OIP at night before I go to bed??? I could do it and then lay down so that gravity will help me kinda sorta... I seem to forget to fit that move in. Any ideas to jog my memory??
linda--do it in bed. oh sorry, that sounded nasty! do OIP in bed, just the scooping on each side and in the middle (and maybe some butt lifts but definitely the scoops!) so you're all tucked in for bed. then you have to at least try to fall asleep on your back which may or may not work for you. . . .
I did it! Twice last night...and this morning too. It's so easy and helped me wake up. I am not doing half frogs yet as I seem to lose my form in the lower back. Need to build more strength before I add HF's.
