Fear of falling off the wagon....

I'd like to hear how everyone keeps their perspective regarding doing a regular T-Tapp workout. What if you miss a day? 2? 5? More? Do you panic a bit?
Right now I feel like I am walking a fine line between seeing this as a lifestyle addition and having it become an obsession. Then I get up from my chair without knee pain and am reminded of just how cool this T-Tapp stuff is.
