first the part abt the swollen eyes. i woke up on wed morning realise that my eyes were abit swollen, but nvm i thot tt after i get enuff sleep tt nite and some applications of eye cream the swell will relieve. in the end i woke up wif a bigger swell on thursday so i was gg around wif my eyes half closed so tt my swollen eye wasnt tt obvious. and ( Read more... )

been testing out different sleeping hours to see which is more effective. slept on mon from 10-3am, 6-9am and 12-6am on tue. i woke up wif an equally throbbing head for both days. for wed i slept from 10-7am and hmmz this is not too bad, but i guess itz hard to force urself to sleep at 10. so ytd i reverted back to my normal sleeping time. another ( Read more... )
