been testing out different sleeping hours to see which is more effective. slept on mon from 10-3am, 6-9am and 12-6am on tue. i woke up wif an equally throbbing head for both days. for wed i slept from 10-7am and hmmz this is not too bad, but i guess itz hard to force urself to sleep at 10. so ytd i reverted back to my normal sleeping time. another
