finally, after much hassle and argument (yet again...) i managed to collect my laptop. initially the ppl there din wanna give it to me, coz i onli ordered last friday and they were only calling those who ordered b4 20th august to go collect their laptops. however i persisted and finally one of the guys gave in and juz told the people at the counter
