Experimental Recipe: non-dairy macaroni bechamel
In my search for easy food (and casseroles) that I can feed my husband that won't make him explode with lactose-intolerant-ickiness, I came across variations on bechamel sauce, or french white sauce. Yesterday I found step by step instructions for making a pumpkin deathstar.
today, errr, saturday rather, I embarked on the instructions, and finished up just after midnight.
It's ausome. Pictures once the darth-o-lantern is also done. -
