Home again, home again
Had a great time at home. Had a couple of all nighters with my brother, so that was fun. Drank too much, ate too much (I never buy cheese whiz...I love it! My brother always has some! Christmas plans!
So the flight plans aren't really working out to go home for New Years, I think I'm just going to drive. Going to see if I can find someone to share the driving the gas, but I'll still go by myself. Cross country adventure whee!

Just got back from a big job interview. Really excited about the job - it's at the local Public Health unit, pays better, better benefits, and I would get to get out in the community, which would be really interesting and different! Wheee! Interview!
Got a call yesterday - got an interview next week for the Public Health Department! So happy. I've been so unhappy the last few months having to work on units that I don't want to work on - and the prospect of me getting a permanent position on the surgical unit so poor. Hopefully I'll get the job at Public Health, and I can go back to casual at ( Read more... ) -

Looks like things *might* be ok. Called Honda from work this morning, and they think what it is should be under warranty. They're going to tow it in for free on Monday, and give me a loaner car while it's being fixed. So that's a relief. It's just a matter of whatever this is being under warranty ( Read more... )
