Per a request from estelle, I am sharing the Chili-Beef Taco recipe I made the other night.  I hope you like it!

Chili-Beef Tacos

2 Tbs (8g) chili powder or Mexican seasoning
1 tsp ( ground Cumin
1 Tbs olive oil
2 med cloves garlic, minced
1 med onion, chopped
8 oz lean ground beef
8 oz can tomato sauce
8 oz canned kidney beans, drained

All I have done this week is eat.  Twenty-eight pounds lost and all I can seem to manage since the weekend is to continuously stuff food into my mouth.  Emotional eating I suppose.  It sucks.  I am stressed about a couple of things, and stress is a trigger for me.  I have picked up a burger and fries EVERY day this week on my way home from work and ( Read more... )

Anyone out there know how to get rid of LJ spam that keeps showing up in my comments?  I changed my password, just in case, but I have no clue how to stop all the spamming.  I am getting 2-3 spam comments a day.  It's Ridic!

I don't know that I am going to get to raking the leaves today.  They were dry yesterday but it rained overnight and now they are a soggy wet mess all over my tiny little yard.  Raking is not one of my favorite things to do anyway (is it for anyone??) but raking them wet knocks them even further down the list.  Bah.
