Green Grape Gazpacho

Awhile ago I had this great green gazpacho in Las Vegas. This was months ago and I never forgot how wonderful it was. Found a few recipes online and mixed and matched them. I think this is similar to the one I had. This is refreshing and healthy. My sister says I'm just too lazy to chew my fruits and vegetables. But chewing is for suckers!

i think i like my immersion hand blender more than the food processor. i'm really into purees.
