This is delicious, and so fast and easy! The glaze soaks into the salmon, and it’s so yummy that even my non-fish-liking husband liked it. (It came out a little dark in the pictures - it looks burned, but it wasn't.)
Looks good.... we eat salmon all the time...gonna have to try some of your glaze. Sounds good.
When I cook salmon, I usually grill it...but I use tin foil, sprayed with cooking oil (Pam)...put the salmon on the tin foil, douse it with Teriyaki sauce, salt and peper, garlic powder, and put a couple of pats of butter on it, seal up the tin foil and put it on the hot grill for about 6 to 8 minutes.....thats some good eatin.

that sounds a lot like hoe I cook it. Except, I don't use teriyaki sauce, I just use a few fresh lemons, and juice them over the fish, garlic salt, butter, and if I am feeling frisky, I'll throw some dill in there. Slice a lemon, put it on top, close it up, and slap it on the grill!
Oh Judy that sounds great! We have all of the 'dressing' ingredeints too.. hmm.. I suppose though I should wait until Frank gets back from his work trip to make this :)
