In training for the Ride for the Roses, I rode 75 miles at an avg. speed of 14.5 today. The breaks were many, and some were long, but with 9 weeks until the ride, I'm quite pleased. (some breaks are factored into the 14.5 mph, some aren't ( Read more... )
